The promise of the Feast of Tabernacles is that God will place a Harvest of Increase in your hands so your hands will never be empty again.

God ordained in Deuteronomy 16 the Feast of Tabernacles to be a 7-day celebration of the greatest harvest of the entire year…

The Harvest of Increase

…because the LORD thy God shall bless thee in all thine increase, and in all the works of thine hands, therefore thou shalt surely rejoice. (Deuteronomy 16:15)

It was the greatest harvest of the year … the ingathering of the corn and the wine. (v.13). It was the richest, most abundant, literal, tangible, and overflowing blessing for all … the Harvest of Increase.

No one was left behind, no one was left empty-handed. The Feast of Tabernacles was for all God’s Children.

And thou shalt rejoice before the LORD thy God, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite that is within thy gates, and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are among you, in the place which the LORD thy God hath chosen to place his name there. (Deuteronomy 16:11)

From the rich to the poor, from children to foreigners, from sons and daughters to servants. From the children of Israel through every generation … to you and me today.

Embedded into God’s eternal covenant promise of the Feast of Tabernacles is your promise that no one would be left empty-handed.

…the Festival of Tabernacles. No one should appear before the Lord empty-handed (Deuteronomy 16:16, NIV)

Throughout my entire life, it has been crystal clear that God’s command for the Feast of Tabernacles was that we come before Him with our offering in our hands.

A LIFE CHANGING PROMISE!

If you come before the Lord with your seed in your hand, you will leave with God’s abundant Harvest of Increase in your hand.

The God of Israel made it very simple for His children to understand. When you come to the Feast of Tabernacles, come with your offering in hand, and you will never leave Him with your hands empty.

When you release the seed in your hand, God will release the Harvest in His hand with the provision to meet your needs.

If you are sick, His healing hand will touch you.

If you are lonely, grieving, or heartbroken, you can take His nail-scarred hand and experience His matchless love.

If you are troubled, confused, and don’t know where to turn, He will take you by the hand and lead you by still waters.

Open your hand with your Tabernacle Offering; you will never be empty-handed again.

As you prepare your Tabernacles Offering, remember that the Feast of Tabernacles was ordained by God as the Feast of Weeks. It was a seven-day celebration.

To honor God during this Feast of Tabernacles, pray about an offering of 7. When you give your offering of 7, you can believe God for your Harvest of Increase.
